This season’s illnesses/colds/flu have been relentless for us this month. Family and friends have all been hit, though symptoms vary.
Today is the first morning I have felt like drinking coffee. My body is sore but it feels sore from laying in bed for two full days. Can’t wait to feel better and get ready for the new year! 2016 cannot come soon enough. I’m ready to say GOODBYE to 2015.
Naturally I have quite a few resolutions I’d like to keep:
- continue meditating
- start a running program
- keep blogging
While I take care of myself and my family, I wish you and yours a happy, healthy 2016.
